As a distributor acting as the interface between manufacturer and customer, it is necessary for us to conclude agreements that ensure a regulated process. This serves to protect both our business partners and ourselves. We therefore endeavour to establish clear framework conditions for all business-level transactions in advance. Ineltek GmbH always strives to deliver flawless services and products as quickly as possible. We take our obligations towards our customers very seriously and endeavour to fulfil them as well as possible at all times. To this end, customer requirements must be jointly defined, accepted and understood before they can be fulfilled. Our employees are instructed not to release for delivery any services or products that do not comply with the contractual terms and agreements between Ineltek GmbH and the respective contractual partner. Furthermore, we never make disparaging or untrue statements about the products and services of competitors.
Every Ineltek employee is legally obliged to maintain data secrecy and not to collect, process or use personal data of employees, customers and third parties without authorisation, i.e. without their consent or a legal basis. In the course of our business activities, personal data is disclosed if this is necessary for the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit.b. This type of exchange may only take place on condition that both parties have signed a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement, or that the disclosure of the relevant third-party information has been regulated in advance by a declaration of consent. Personal data may only be collected, used or processed if this is necessary for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. Confidential information and trade secrets as well as business records (including emails) are properly retained and secured by us and, as a matter of principle, protected against access by unauthorised persons.
Our goal is to meet our customers' high quality and safety requirements at all times. Thanks to our strong partnerships with leading manufacturers, we guarantee the best possible availability combined with the highest level of security and reliability, and ensure a lasting technological edge. Even when shortages loom (≙ allocation), we exhaust all our options with our manufacturers, partners and network contacts to meet your requested delivery date.
Our business partners must ensure that their business practices comply with all applicable laws, guidelines and regulations governing the import of parts, components, technical data and services.
Our business partners must ensure that their business practices comply with all applicable laws, guidelines and regulations, including economic sanctions and embargoes, governing the export and transfer of parts, components and technical data and services. Where required, the business partner will obtain export licences or other authorisations and present them on request.
Our business partners must comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the direct and indirect sourcing of critical materials and conflict minerals. These so-called “conflict minerals”, such as tin, tungsten, tantalum, gold, rare earths or metals such as bauxite, cobalt, titanium and lithium, are used in everyday products. Our business partners undertake to source, process and deliver to Ineltek GmbH conflict minerals and their derivatives exclusively in accordance with EU Regulation EU2017/821 and Section 1502 of the US Dodd-Frank Act, in order to ensure the international sourcing standards set by the OFCD.
When gathering information about the market and our competitors, Ineltek uses exclusively legal and ethical means. These include news, the internet, publicly accessible databases, trade journals and other non-confidential sources. We will never attempt to obtain trade secrets or other confidential information from competitors by illegal or unethical means, and we always clearly identify ourselves as employees of Ineltek GmbH when gathering information about the market and competition. With our products and services, we are uncompromisingly guided by the wishes of our customers. Where required, we naturally provide marketing and advertising information for our customers and suppliers. This serves on the one hand as a source of information and on the other hand to raise awareness of our products and services. We take care to communicate this information clearly and comprehensibly and to inform our customers about contractual terms, product specifications, delivery times and prices.
Ineltek strives to build good and trusting business relationships with our suppliers and customers. At the same time, we are committed to fair competition in our industry. Purchasing and sales decisions must therefore be made on the basis of criteria such as price, quality, delivery time, service and reputation. Ineltek undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and other legal regulations on fair competition in all countries in which a franchise is held, and reserves the right to take action, legal action if necessary, against any form of unfair competition. Ineltek supports and complies with all laws that serve to promote free and open competition and regards any anti-competitive agreement or arrangement, whether written or oral, with one or more competitors (discussions with competitors or discussions about the business of other competitors) as illegal. This includes, for example, price fixing, group boycotts, the division of sales markets or tying arrangements.
We respect the right to freedom of expression as well as the protection of personal rights and privacy. Every employee should be aware that they may be perceived as part and representative of Ineltek even in their private life, and is therefore called upon to preserve the image and reputation of the company through their conduct and appearance in public. When expressing private opinions, we take care not to link our respective role or activity at Ineltek GmbH with the private statement.
At Ineltek, business decisions are made exclusively in the best interests of the company. Conflicts of interest with private matters or other economic or other activities, including those of relatives or other closely related persons or organisations, should be avoided from the outset. If they nevertheless arise, they must be resolved in compliance with the law. The prerequisite for this is the transparent disclosure of the conflict.
Ineltek builds on strong values: reliability, honesty, credibility and integrity. We therefore attach great importance to open and truthful reporting and communication about the company's business operations towards employees, customers, business partners, the general public and government institutions. Every employee ensures that both internal and external reports, records and other company documents comply with the applicable legal rules and standards and are therefore always complete and correct, and are produced in a timely and system-compliant manner.
At Ineltek GmbH, all employees are valued equally. No distinction is made on the basis of race, ethnic origin, gender, religion, belief, disability, age or sexual identity. We do not tolerate any discrimination within our organisation on the above grounds and always expect professional, friendly and fair conduct among colleagues and towards employees and business partners.
We respect internationally recognised human rights and support their observance. We do not tolerate forced labour, human trafficking or the exploitation of children under any circumstances. Illegal child labour violates the integrity of our company and is not tolerated by Ineltek. We never knowingly do business with customers, suppliers or other business partners who violate these guidelines. We recognise the right of all employees to form trade unions and employee representative bodies on a democratic basis within the framework of national regulations. The right to appropriate remuneration is recognised for all employees. Pay and other benefits at least correspond to the respective national and local statutory standards or to the level of the national economic sectors/industries and regions.
Employees may not offer or demand personal advantages, cash payments or other benefits when initiating, awarding or processing an order. This applies worldwide as a matter of principle. The only exception is customary occasional or promotional gifts and gifts in kind that correspond to customary practice and are not granted or accepted in return for preferential treatment or to circumvent statutory provisions. Business decisions must not be influenced by them. Gifts to public officials are prohibited as a matter of principle.
The safety of our employees is also at the heart of our activities. We see it as our task to avoid hazards to people and the environment, to minimise environmental impacts and to use resources sparingly. Processes, operating sites and equipment must comply with the applicable statutory and internal requirements for occupational safety as well as health, fire and environmental protection. Our management system includes the implementation of statutory environmental protection regulations. To this end, the environmental aspects of all activities are identified and managed in compliance, traceable targets are implemented as part of improvement projects and the results are communicated internally. Every employee is responsible for treating natural resources with care and for contributing to the protection of the environment and climate through their individual behaviour.
