III. General information on data processing

1. Scope of the processing of personal data
As a matter of principle, we collect and use our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. As a rule, our users' personal data is collected and used only with the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where it is not possible to obtain prior consent for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.

2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data.

When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the transfer serves the performance of a contract between the data subjects and the controller or the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

If the transfer serves the conclusion or performance of a contract in the interest of the data subjects.

Data is only transferred after express consent; the legal basis is Art. 49(2), (3) GDPR

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. Necessity is given because they are required to achieve the purpose. They are appropriate because they are reasonable for the user and the adequate level of data protection is not jeopardised.

3. Data erasure and storage period

The personal data of the data subject will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Data may also be stored beyond this if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or erased when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

4. Use of service providers in connection with the website

In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data on our website. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored. We may pass on sales information on product demand, product sales trends and the payment of commissions to the manufacturer's sales team to suppliers and manufacturers. This may include information communicated to manufacturers in support of product warranties, safety notices and/or product support.

IV. Provision of the website and creation of log files

1. Description and scope of data processing
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. 2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Storage period
The data is erased as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Where data is collected to provide the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

5. Possibility of objection and removal
The collection of data to provide the website and the storage of the data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no possibility of objection. The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 22 GDPR

V. Use of technically necessary cookies

1. Description and scope of data processing
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on the user's computer system. When a user visits a website, a cookie may be stored on the user's operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is accessed again.

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the accessing browser can be identified even after a page change.

2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing
The purpose of using technically necessary cookies is to simplify the use of websites for users. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognised even after a page change.

The user data collected by technically necessary cookies is not used to create user profiles.

These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Storage period, possibility of objection and removal
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted by it to our site. As a user, you therefore also have full control over the use of cookies. VI. Registration – user login

1. Description and scope of data processing
On our website, we offer users the opportunity to register by providing personal data. The data is entered into an input form, transmitted to us and stored.

As part of the registration process, the user's consent to the processing of this data is obtained.

2. Legal basis for data processing
Where the user has given consent, the legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

In addition, registration serves to carry out pre-contractual measures or, subsequently, to perform a contract to which the user becomes party. The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

3. Purpose of data processing
Registration of the user is necessary for the performance of a contract with the user or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

4. Storage period
The data is erased immediately after the registration has been cancelled or changed.

5. Possibility of objection and removal
As a user, you have the option of cancelling your registration at any time. You can have the data stored about you changed at any time. The cancellation or change can be made informally and should be addressed to the controller. The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 22 GDPR

Insofar as the data is required for the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, early erasure of the data is only possible insofar as no contractual or statutory obligations prevent erasure.

VII. Contact form and email contact

1. Description and scope of data processing
Our website contains a contact form that can be used to contact us electronically. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input form is transmitted to us and stored.

Your consent to the processing of the data is obtained during the submission process, and reference is made to this privacy policy.

Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the email is stored.

In this context, the data is not passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

2. Legal basis for data processing
Where the user has given consent, the legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing
We process the personal data from the input form solely to handle the contact. In the case of contact by email, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.

The other personal data processed during the submission process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

4. Storage period
The data is erased as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input form of the contact form and the data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation has ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the submission process is erased after a period of seven days at the latest.

5. Possibility of objection and removal
The user has the option of withdrawing their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by email, they can object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. The withdrawal can be made informally and should be addressed to the controller. The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 22 GDPR

In this case, all personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be erased.

VIII. Use of newsletters

1. With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The goods and services advertised are named in the declaration of consent.

2. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for subscribing to our newsletter. This means that after you have subscribed, we send you an email to the email address provided in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your subscription within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store the IP addresses you used and the times of subscription and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your subscription and, if necessary, to investigate any possible misuse of your personal data.

3. Mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address, your title, your first and last name and your choice of area. After your confirmation, we store your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) sentence 1(a) GDPR.

4. Possibility of objection and removal
You can withdraw your consent to receiving the newsletter and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can declare your withdrawal by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email, by email to info@Ineltek.com with the subject “Newsletter” or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.

5. Please note that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in § 3 and the web beacons with your email address and an individual ID. Links received in the newsletter also contain this ID. With the data obtained in this way, we create a user profile in order to tailor the newsletter to your individual interests. In doing so, we record when you read our newsletters and which links you click in them, and from this we infer your personal interests. We link this data with actions you have taken on our website.
You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each email or by informing us via another means of contact. The information is stored for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we store the data purely for statistical purposes and anonymously. Such tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images by default in your email program.

IX. Use of Google Analytics

1. Description and scope of data processing
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services associated with website use and internet use.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIp”. As a result, IP addresses are processed further in truncated form, so that a personal reference can be ruled out. Insofar as the data collected about you relates to a person, this reference is therefore excluded immediately and the personal data is thus deleted immediately.

2. Legal basis for data processing
Where the user has given the relevant consent, the legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies for analysis purposes is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing
We use Google Analytics to be able to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6(1) sentence 1(f) GDPR.

4. Storage period, possibility of objection and removal
You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. In addition, you can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

5. Third-party information
Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Terms of use: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/, privacy overview: www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/learn/privacy.html, and the privacy policy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

(7) This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under “My data”, “personal data”.]

X. Google Analytics Remarketing

1. Description, purpose and scope of data processing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and browsing behaviour on one device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g. tablet or PC).

2. Storage period, possibility of objection and removal
If you have given the relevant consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.

To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.

You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalised advertising in your Google account; to do so, follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

3. Legal basis for data processing
The data collected is combined in your Google account solely on the basis of your consent, which you can give to or withdraw from Google (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymised analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party information
Further information and the privacy provisions can be found in Google's privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/

XI. Use of social media plug-ins

1. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6(1) sentence 1(f) GDPR.

2. Purpose of data processing
Via the plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.

3. Storage period
Please note that we have no influence on the data collected and the data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of the data collection, the purposes of the processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.

4. Possibility of objection and removal
You have the right to object to the creation of user profiles, although you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 22 GDPR

XII. Embedding of YouTube videos

We have embedded YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored on www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. [These are all embedded in “extended privacy mode”, which means that no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos is the data mentioned in paragraph 2 transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under IV of this policy is transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

Further information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

The restrictions under §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right of access and the right to erasure. In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).

You can withdraw any consent you have given us to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the withdrawal of declarations of consent given to us before the EU General Data Protection Regulation came into force, i.e. before 25 May 2018. Please note that the withdrawal only takes effect for the future. Processing that took place before the withdrawal is not affected. The withdrawal can be made informally and should be addressed to the controller.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of data protection violations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
