Haechitech offers the MXM1280, a 30V Hall
switch for industrial use, which is available in SOT23-3 or TO92 housing.
Compared to other manufacturers of these switches, the delivery time is currently only approx. 16 weeks from the manufacturer.
Haechitech’s switches are suitable for use in applications where reliability is a top priority, offering an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, reverse polarity protection to -40V, overcurrent shutdown and robust ESD resistance (8kV HBM / 1kV CDM) as well as low-voltage shutdown.
Available as standard products are variants for the different operating modes
In addition to their use in motors, the hall switches are also ideal for implementing door locks in washing machines or other white goods appliances.
In addition to the MXM1280, the MXM1250 is also available for use in automobiles, as well as the MXM1260 for operating voltages between 1.65V and 5.5V. For applications in the 1.8V range, Haechitech offers the MXM1170, which is also available in a space-saving WLCSP-4 package (0.77mm x 0.64mm x 0.5mm).
