Atmel introduces upgraded SAM4S and SAM4E now operate up to 105°C

Communication modules and other embedded applications must operate from Antarctic cold to Death Valley hot. Embedded systems need to maintain all electrical parameters under such conditions. Our customers create so many different embedded applications that Atmel’s Flash MCUs have to support the widest range of operational conditions. To reach this goal, the SAM4S and SAM4E series are now available in an extended industrial grade with temperature specs from −40°C up to +105°C.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Package availability

At this time only QFP packages support −40°C to +105°C temperature operation.

Atmel may add other packages upon request, please contact product marketing manager Lionel Perdigon.

Replace the last character of the ordering code: change ‘U’ by ‘N’.
