Holtek’s HT32F65230/HT32F65240 combine an ARM® M0+ core with advanced analogue features like Comparators, Operation Amplifiers and ADC. The dedicated Motor Control Timer make it suitable for BLDC applications. Holtek offers a BLDC Motor Workshop which includes dedicated BLDC Evaluation Boards, FOC Algorithm Library and a PC Software.

It provides 64 KB of embedded Flash memory for code/data storage and 12 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation and application program usage. A variety of peripherals, such as Hardware Divider DIV, PDMA, ADC, GPTM, PWM, SCTM, BFTM, CRC-16/32, RTC, WDT are also implemented in the device.
