Amic Technology corp. is pleased to announce the release of the new 50nm technology SPI NOR Flash in 4Mbit, 8Mbit and 16Mbit densities to offer up to 104MHz memory clock for fast read and fast program/erase speed.
The typical page program time is 1.5ms for all densities and sector erase time is 3.5ms for 4Mbit and 8Mbit, 7.0ms for 16Mbit.
The following part numbers will be available as samples in April with mass production deliveries commencing in June 2022.
The products will be available in common packages for easy migration and integration. They are dedicated for the use in industrial application covering the operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
