High Performance Laser Diode: Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan (NTCJ) has been providing innovative products to the world for over 40 years as a leading company offering semiconductor LASER products.
During this long time NTCJ developed high performance laser diodes with a wide spectrum of wavelengths using GaN and GaAs base materials. This spectrum starts at 375 nm (UV) and goes up to 976 nm (IR). Depending on the wavelength the output power in a continuous wave (CW) application starts at 0.5 W and goes up to 5 W currently.
TO-CAN packages for up to 420 nm are available, chip on submount at 445 nm and bare die at 976 nm.
