ChronoPHY™ Family
All derivates of the ChronoPHY™ family offers IEEE1588v2 support with sub-ns time stamping resolution. AS21011J and AS21010J offer in addition an integrated SyncE jitter filter PLL and an any fractional frequency SyncE clock output from 25MHz up to 250MHz. AS21011J, AS21010J and AS21010P offer data rates up to 10G while AS2151P up to 5G and AS21210P up to 2.5G.
the family offers dual media support, industrial temperature range, self-loopback diagnostics, advanced cable diagnostics on chip and much more in a 11x11 or 7x7mm BGA with 0.8mm pitch.
Nemo™ IEEE 802.3ch Automotive Ethernet chipsets
In May 2024 Aeonsemi has announced entering the automotive market with its new Nemo™ chipset serices for in-vehcile networking of the next generation. High speed datalinks e.g. connecting all necessary components for next steps in autonomous driving. The Family consists of 10GBASE-T1 single and dual port PHYs, CSI-2 serializer bridge, CSI-2 deserializer hub and a 6-port Ethernet switch with 40Gbis switching bandwiths.
